Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Work Type: Onsite, Shift: 7 am to 7 pm (12*3)
About the Role: As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the operating room, assisting surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures. You will be responsible for preparing the operating room, sterilizing instruments, and assisting with patient care.
Key Responsibilities: - Pre-operative Setup:
- Prepare the operating room by setting up sterile instruments and equipment.
- Scrub in and gown for surgery.
- Intra-operative Assistance:
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies.
- Maintain a sterile field.
- Anticipate the surgeon's needs.
- Post-operative Cleanup:
- Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Dispose of medical waste.
- Document surgical procedures.
Qualifications: - Education:
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
- Certification:
- Certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist, preferably in plastics, neuro, or ortho.
- Licensure:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- Experience in a variety of surgical specialties.
- Skills:
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
