Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistnnJob DescriptionnnWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with a large ledger cleanup project. This role involves executing cleanup tasks, managing credit limits, and resolving unapplied cash issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong AR knowledge and be adept at interfacing with leadership and external clients to compare ledger notes and resolve discrepancies.nnResponsibilitiesnnExecute cleanup tasks related to credit tracking issues and duplicate accounts.nnManage credit limits across the organization.nnIdentify and resolve unapplied cash issues.nnInterface with leadership and external clients to compare ledger notes.nnAnalyze and research customer and vendor accounts, reconciling entries as needed.nnProcess, verify, and reconcile invoices, statements, and subledger entries.nnMaintain accurate aging reports for both vendors and customers.nnPrepare and enter journal entries using financial software.nnCreate comprehensive documentation for all posted transactions.nnCollaborate with various departments to inform decision-making.nnFacilitate positive relationships with vendors and customers, addressing inquiries promptly.nnCreate weekly and monthly accounting reports.nnSupport various accounting functions, including accounts payable, reporting, and special projects.nnAssist financial managers as needed.nnSupport system implementations such as cieTrade®.nnEssential SkillsnnExperience with Accounts Receivable.nnExperience with journal entries.nnExperience with intercompany transactions.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.nnWorking understanding of accounting transactions, the accounting equation, and debits and credits.nn5+ years of experience in Accounting functions with an emphasis on AR.nnProficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).nnExperience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, preferred.nnAbility to work in multiple systems.nnBenefitsnnOpportunity to work with an industry leadernnFlexible compensationnnGreat benefits packagennThis position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
