Entry Level Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity!nnJob DescriptionnnWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy in managing financial transactions. This role is essential for ensuring that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately.nnResponsibilitiesnnReconcile and process all paper, electronic, and credit card receipts not auto-posted through PeopleSoft.nnHandle payments (checks) not posted through the A/R system.nnResearch unidentified Accounts Receivable checks.nnVerify all payment information is accurate and applied to proper customer accounts.nnUse web-based image applications.nnProcess and reconcile daily bank deposits (non A/R and A/R).nnRetrieve, compile, and process all Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs).nnResearch and retrieve Imaged Check Requests.nnPerform other Accounts Receivable duties as requested.nnEssential Skillsnn0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.nnProficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and other advanced functions.nnExcellent communication skills for working with both internal and external customers.nnAbility to work independently and as part of a team.nnDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.nnStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnKnowledge of PeopleSoft Applications is a plus.nnPay and BenefitsnnThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00nnEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
