Top Client in need of CT Tech
The CT Technologist:
- Performs a variety of duties directly involving the use of the CT scanner and accessory equipment
- Must have a working knowledge of all operational aspects of CT scanning, including scheduling, patient preparation, record keeping, and equipment operation
- Complies with Florida Department of Health standards
- Demonstrates initiative and requires minimal supervision
Qualifications - High school graduate
- Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program in an AMA-approved school
- Valid ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)
- Clear/active Florida licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Customer service abilities including effective listening skills
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs
