This job entails:
P & L management (meeting financial objectives and maximizing profitability)
Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification preferred)
Menu development
Hiring BOH staff
Staff training and motivation
Staff scheduling (monitor daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels)
Payroll
Managing 10+ BOH teams
High-level responsibilities:
Daily communication across many teams (operations and management)
Maintain company culture and staff morale
Keep BOH operations running smoothly and efficiently daily
Mentoring and teaching culinary teams
Oversight of Company kitchen labor and food costs
