Work Schedule:

Minimum Requirements:
- Deliver compassionate therapy services in a skilled nursing or sub-acute facility
- Previous experience in skilled nursing is preferred, but not mandatory
- Collaborate effectively with other rehabilitation professionals and nursing staff
- Possess a valid Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be eligible to obtain one in your state
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation
- Attention to detail and timely documentation is crucial
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential
