Our client is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Scheduler to join their team with one of the largest healthcare corporations remotely.
Location: REMOTE
Contract: 1 year
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 /hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Sunday - 5 days and flexible to work 8 hour shift between 9:00am - 9:00pm EST = 40 hours per week
Assessment: Candidate will be required to take a Spanish assessment and fill out a questionnaire
As a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Scheduler you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile & IVR) in a cross functional Contact Center. This person will be responsible for:
- Telephone customer service
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately
- Adhere to scheduled hours
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service background or medical scheduling
- Friendly and compassionate
- Detail oriented
- Follow scripting/directions/schedule
