Customer Success Specialist. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. *This is a non-remote position.

What you'll do: - Respond to and follow up with incoming storage inquiries (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)
- Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)
- Respond to and follow up with reservations from customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregators
- Support stores in our 140+ network in 5 states
Requirements: - Mad multi-tasking skills! (required)
- Strong desire to help customers (required)
- Ability to self-manage while working independently
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
- Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous call center experience a plus!
