Perseid (per-see-id), the new and upcoming Saint Augustine Hotel restaurant, offers a complement to the casual intimacy of the hotel and its surrounding community. In honor of Houston s long history as an epicenter of space exploration, the restaurant is named for the spectacular Perseid meteor shower that peaks in the month of August each year. The restaurant offers a take on the quintessential neighborhood bistro with a menu that sits at the intersection of refined comfort, classic technique, and a focus on flavor over style.
