Must Have Skills/Attributes: Auditor, Compliance, Risk Analysis, SOX


***Only qualified Senior Auditor candidates located in the Minneapolis, MN area will be considered due to the role requiring an onsite presence 3 days per week***


Required Experience and Knowledge:

• Prior experience working with Risk and Control Services plan

• Experience in Audit services

• Familiar with SOX/MAR/FDICIA compliance activities


Senior Auditor Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes fewer complex portions of the Risk & Control Services plan, including audit activities and SOX/MAR/FDICIA compliance activities

• Executes on a structured approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes

• Identifies control deficiencies, assesses exposure and significance, and proposes cost effective recommendations

• Gathers and provides input into risk assessments in conformance with department standards, generally in less complex areas

• Coordinates with appropriate control groups (internal and external) in planning and executing assigned work. Solid knowledge and proper application of control and audit theory
