• *Telemetry, L/D, Emergency and Critical Care RN's will take a proctored Dysrhythmia Test onsite, day one. This is a PASS/FAIL test!
• *MUST have experience with ICP monitoring and ventrics**
• *HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE CONSIDERED, HOWEVER IT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED**

- Unit: ICU
- # beds: 30 beds
- Certs: ACLS, BLS, PALS preferred
- Ratios: 1 to 1-2, 90% of the time will be 1 to 2 ratio
