The requirements for success are :
Three or more years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen Including:
- Able to work multiple stations: Hotline required;
- Quality Control- Proficient in protein cooking, temperature doneness, ensuring foods are being prepared according to the Alimentari & Vineria standards;
- We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. As a line cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining these standards, ensuring that our food prep and storage unit areas are always safe and sanitary;
- Advanced knife skills;
- We value teamwork. As a line cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen, communicating with all levels, from Dishwashers to Executive Chefs, and contributing to our shared success;
- Assist with kitchen DOH prep and maintenance, as needed by chefs.
Essential requirements
- Looking to inspire others through passion for cooking
- Flexible availability, specifically for PM shifts
- Preferred ability to read, write, and speak in English
