Lita and La Otra, two exciting concepts from the team that brought you Heirloom Kitchen & Heirloom @ The St. Laurent. Lita has been names Best Bars in America in 2024 by Esquire and semifinalist for a James Beard Award for 2023 for Best New Restaurant. 

Lita is an Iberian concept (Portuguese & Spanish) with open fire/charcoal cookery in an open kitchen with a Chef's Counter. La Otra is connected next door with ambitions to be the best bar and restaurant  in the state of New Jersey accessible to all. What we are looking to achieve is to remove the pretension out of fancy cocktail bars and upper echelon dining through killer drinks and food at the highest level through skill, vibe and hospitality. 

La Otra is our cocktail bar opened Thursday - Saturday 6pm-midnight. We are looking for someone to work with our fantastic bar team and our Beverage Director Ricardo Rodriguez to create a special environment at a high level executed cocktail bar. Our drinks are globally inspired, with small snacks & bites.

This candidate is someone who embodies true hospitality. Ultimately, more important than experience, is open mindedness, thoughtfulness, teamwork, attention to detail, and a desire for excellence.
