Job Title: Header/Roller OperatornnJob DescriptionnnWe are seeking a skilled Header Roller Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating roller/header machines. This role requires maintaining production requirements and quality standards with minimal supervision. Previous experience in die setting translates very well to this role.nnResponsibilitiesnnSet up and operate header equipment with limited supervision.nnMaintain production requirements and quality standards.nnOperate cold heading and roller machines.nnSet up and operate Formax 34's, 44's, and 54's.nnPerform maintenance on machines if necessary.nnRead and understand technical prints.nnPerform first piece inspection and monitor the quality of all parts.nnMake adjustments to maintain quality standards.nnEssential SkillsnnExperience as a header operator and roller operator is a huge plus.nnMechanical aptitude and die-setting skills.nnExperience in machine operation within the manufacturing industry.nnAbility to set up and operate manufacturing equipment.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnExperience in a Tool & Die setting.nnDie setting and tool making skills.nnExperience with Formax machines and progressive die.nnWhy Work Here?nnJoin a team that values quality and precision in manufacturing.
