Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? Shiraz Kitchen, an award-winning Mediterranean restaurant, is seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee and elevate our front-of-house (FOH) operations.

As AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations, continually defining and refining service excellence at Shiraz Kitchen. This is a leadership role where you will manage the floor during service, perform administrative duties, and collaborate with both FOH and BOH teams to execute our service vision.

• Oversee and manage daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service.
• Hire, train, and manage FOH managers and staff to uphold Shiraz Kitchen’s service standards.
• Act as a leader on the floor during service, setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH management teams to execute the restaurant’s service vision.
• Continuously refine and improve guest service to create memorable dining experiences.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
• Experience managing FOH operations, hiring, and training staff.
