2. Order Taking and Serving:
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to Chez Messy’s presentation and service standards.
3. Menu Knowledge:
- Be knowledgeable about all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and pairing suggestions.
- Stay up-to-date on specials, promotions, and events.
4. Table Maintenance:
- Monitor assigned tables, ensuring plates, glassware, and utensils are cleared promptly.
- Refill beverages and anticipate guests’ needs.
5. Sanitation and Cleanliness:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Adhere to Department of Health (DOH) sanitation and safety standards at all times.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Assist fellow team members during busy shifts by running food, bussing tables, and other tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
7. Payment Handling:
- Present checks and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all cash handling and tip reporting policies.
8. Upselling and Promotions:
- Suggestively sell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
9. Conflict Resolution:
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications:
