Ospi is Jackson and Melissa Kalb’s sophomore restaurant located in Venice Beach.  It is a local favorite known for thin crust pizzas and homemade pastas - this is the home of our signature crispy provolone! 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations
• Hire, train, and develop new hires
• Provide direct and non bias feedback
• Department management (liquor, wine, and paper goods ordering and inventory)
• Teach and learn one new skill everyday
• Grow the business by 1% everyday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• Strong leadership skills

Salary DOE, $75,000-$90,000
