Team Lead – Go Development

As part of the P.O.S. project, the Team Lead will drive the development of our Clients global real-time FX conversion platform at the point of sale. The goal is to provide a seamless and competitive alternative to traditional card networks like VISA and Master Card, enabling our client to capture significant market share.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and delivery stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain Go applications, including backend and integration components.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and align on project goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in building Go applications.
• 10–15+ years of overall experience in technology stacks such as XML, C, C++, and REST APIs.
• Proven leadership experience managing development teams and delivering complex projects.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with payment domain concepts like transaction processing and ISO8583.
• Experience in fintech or payment systems development.
