Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Strategist to join our dynamic team. This individual will lead innovation strategies, driving research and development initiatives, collaborating across departments, and maintaining a strong client relationship. The R&D Strategist will play a critical role in advancing product roadmaps, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring alignment with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry and market research to identify confirm value opportunities
- Drive projects forward from a user story-based approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
- Develop user-stories
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the R&D team, translating business goals into technical specifications.
- Visit clients on-site to gather feedback and ensure the successful implementation of pilot projects.
- Present insights and findings to senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives, ensuring all stages align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science).
- 3+ years of experience in R&D strategy, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and project oversight.
