Experience Required We are seeking an ECM Documentum SME with 8+ years of experience to provide technical expertise and strategic oversight for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions based on Documentum. The role involves ensuring high-quality implementations and enhancements while maintaining compliance with business objectives and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for Documentum workflows, configurations, and integrations.

• Lead and oversee quality assurance testing for ECM modules, processes, and data migrations.

• Develop and enforce ECM quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.

• Identify and resolve complex system issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Documentum solutions.

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Documentum functionality and performance validation.

• Utilize tools like Jira for defect management and coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.

• Automate testing processes and validation workflows to enhance system efficiency.

• Provide mentorship and training to teams on Documentum tools, workflows, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ECM solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
