Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Professional Car Carriers Ltd, located in Vaughan, ON. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the timely pickup and delivery of vehicles, communicating with drivers and customers to ensure efficient operations, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle shipments. The Dispatcher will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolve issues as they arise, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.
