The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Assisting lawyers in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate documents
• Managing client files and effectively communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties, as required.
• Supporting the administration of estates, including preparation of probate applications, estate accounts
• Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
• Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team as required
They must have:
• Relevant training and education
• At least 1 year of job experience
• Strong understanding of wills, estates, and probate processes
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Eager and excited to be part of a growing practice and expanding this department
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
