Our client is currently seeking a Materials Manager for their manufacturing facility.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team.
• This role is fully onsite (Monday-Friday)
• Take ownership of organizational transformations towards end-to-end supply chain responsibilities
• Be a Continuous Improvement champion and drive performance improvements with the team in order to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor facility capacity, identify shortages and drive material extension
• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end optimization
• Promote a positive work culture encouraging outstanding performance and a positive work environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or related.
• APICS CPIM and SIOP Certification is a plus!
• 4+ years of similar experience within a heavily industrial manufacturing sector especially with a Best in Class organization
• Strong background as a master scheduler
• Experience within a high volume/high variable manufacturing process (over 2k SKUs)
• SAP experience
• Experience with data mining
