Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead internal projects and drive process improvements across a PR firm. This role will oversee a team of over 25 experts across finance, talent, HR, IT, and legal, supporting the firm's rapid growth.


You will work closely with leadership, junior and mid-level staff to optimize operational efficiency, enhance systems, and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize processes.
  • Lead integration of acquired companies, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with firm goals.
  • Drive change management and address urgent leadership requests.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations in a mid- to large-sized organization.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in public relations or mergers and acquisitions is a plus
