We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead internal projects and drive process improvements across a PR firm. This role will oversee a team of over 25 experts across finance, talent, HR, IT, and legal, supporting the firm's rapid growth.
You will work closely with leadership, junior and mid-level staff to optimize operational efficiency, enhance systems, and manage change initiatives.
