Responsibilities:

  • Manage and open jobs, ensuring accuracy of estimates, POs, and rate cards.
  • Assist with business management at both the project and practice levels.
  • Prepare month-end journal entries for revenue and intercompany transfers
  • Support Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.
  • Maintain financial trackers and reports, including month-end reporting, budget tracking, financial statements, AR, staff utilization, WIP management, and over-service reporting.
  • Manage and update Vena, our financial planning tool, ensuring accurate project and workforce data.
  • Assist with annual budget coordination and re-forecasting process.
  • Address and resolve any client-related revenue, billing, invoicing, or payment issues promptly.
  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable function,
  • Work closely with the billing supervisor to ensure timely collections
  • Manage and monitor WIP exposure, labor hours, and job transfers.
  • Partner with practices to ensure adherence to the monthly financial schedule.
  • Act as a key business analytics resource and provide financial oversight to assigned practices.
  • Lead and participate in financial meetings



Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or client finance
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, dashboards, formulas).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, accruals, and revenue accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player
