About this opportunity
The Bilingual Safety Clerk serves as a vital part of keeping our drivers safe and on the road. This position will assure that drivers for PAM Transport are knowledgeable and capable of maintaining DOT Compliance.
Pay and Schedule
The pay range is $17-$18 an hour dependent on experience. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Cultivating and applying an in-depth understanding of regulations to maintain the company’s satisfactory DOT rating.
- Exploring available information across multiple systems.
- Recognizing patterns and irregularities through individual and collaborative efforts.
- Communicating and maintaining expectations for compliance while manifesting a climate of confidence and resourcefulness.
- Ensuring each member of the fleet can achieve their best in DOT compliance through one-on-one mentoring.
- Collaborating with team members to strengthen departmental readiness for the evolution of a dynamic industry.
- Bilingual language skills are required
