Inno Supps is looking for an experienced and high-level CEO to take the company to the next level with its retail, e-commerce, and international expansion initiatives.

Inno Supps is an extremely fast growing ecommerce company that sells natural sports supplements. We primarily focus on DTC sales with a huge emphasis on digital marketing and branding.


Position Overview:

As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, overall operations, and growth of the company across multiple international markets, channels, and various strategies. You will have full oversight of the business’s operational, financial, and marketing functions, ensuring the company continues to lead the industry through customer-centric innovations, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with an experienced executive team to develop and implement business strategies that ensure the company remains competitive, innovative, and a leader in the e-commerce DTC space. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong global business acumen, deep experience in international marketing and operations, and an ability to inspire and lead teams to drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and overall direction in alignment with business goals. Provide clear leadership to all departments and drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Expert Level Digital Marketing Management: This position needs to have worked with 9 figure companies that have a heavy emphasis on paid media and marketing
  • International Market Oversight: Oversee all international business operations and marketing efforts, identifying opportunities for market expansion and scaling. Develop country-specific strategies that cater to local market dynamics while maintaining a cohesive global brand.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize all operations, including supply chain management, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring operational efficiency and an exceptional customer experience across all regions.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the company’s financial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability, effective cost management, and responsible allocation of resources. Work with the CFO to develop forecasts, budgets, and financial strategies to support growth.
  • Team Development: Lead, inspire, and develop the senior management team, ensuring a high-performance culture. Foster collaboration across departments, especially between marketing, operations, and product teams, to ensure alignment in achieving company goals.
  • Innovation & Product Development: Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure our offerings continue to meet consumer needs and exceed industry standards. Maintain an agile approach to responding to market changes and consumer trends.
  • Brand and Marketing Leadership: Oversee global marketing efforts, ensuring that the company’s branding, advertising, and digital marketing strategies resonate in diverse international markets. Utilize data-driven insights to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or in a senior leadership role in a high-growth e-commerce or DTC company, with a focus on international operations and marketing.
  • Strong experience managing and scaling global operations, including logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment systems.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies across international markets, including digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving financial growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technology, and consumer behavior.
  • A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
