My client, a leading AmLaw Firm, is actively hiring a Corporate M&A Associate to join its Dallas team.

• COMPENSATION : $200,000-$270,000 + EOY Bonuses
• Position : Corporate M&A Associate
• Experience : 4+ Years' Experience in Corporate M&A at Sophisticated Law Firm

• Role Overview : You will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents and merger and acquisition documents. You will also be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types. Candidates with strong business development experience is a plus.
