Background:

• 4+ years of PE, M&A, venture capital, and general corporate experience
• Experience drafting transaction agreements and negotiating deal terms
• Must have excellent academic credentials
• Licensed in Illinois (or able to waive in)

Benefits:

• Salary: $260,000 - $420,000 (depending on level of experience)
• Hybrid work schedule
