Emerge360 is seeking a skilled Temporary HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist to join our team and provide critical support during a leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected manufacturing company in Meadville, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing in a Union environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support key HR functions, including employee onboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring all employee data is up to date and accurate.
• Assist with compliance and reporting requirements to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects as needed to support the organization’s goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as Paylocity, UKG, or NetScape, along with proficiency in HRIS software.
• Understanding of labor laws, payroll compliance, and processing in a Union environment or with varying rates of pay.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to start immediately and commit through May.
