We are partnered with a rapidly-growing home services company that provides outsourced customer service to the nation's leading utility companies! They have helped protect homeowners from the costs of unexpected repairs to their home systems, lines, and appliances for over 30 years. They service over 1 million repair and maintenance plans in 16 states. They help homeowners avoid the hassle of finding a repair professional when an essential home system or appliance breaks down.

The Provider Support Specialist role offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provides ample room for career advancement. You will have the opportunity to support vendors, customers, and review claims throughout the process. A strong candidate will have strong attention to detail and be excited to grow their claims skillset.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ experience with dispatching or technician calender management
  • Must have willingness to gain knowledge of warranty products
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Willing and able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
  • Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling scheduling technician appointments for customers
  • Performing data entry, verifying warranty information, and reviewing claim submissions
  • Verify claims and estimates for existing warranty claims following corrections
  • Supporting vendors and providers throughout the repair process as needed
