The Provider Support Specialist role offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provides ample room for career advancement. You will have the opportunity to support vendors, customers, and review claims throughout the process. A strong candidate will have strong attention to detail and be excited to grow their claims skillset.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ experience with dispatching or technician calender management
- Must have willingness to gain knowledge of warranty products
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Willing and able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
- Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling scheduling technician appointments for customers
- Performing data entry, verifying warranty information, and reviewing claim submissions
- Verify claims and estimates for existing warranty claims following corrections
- Supporting vendors and providers throughout the repair process as needed
