We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the order fulfillment process within our distribution center, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires familiarity with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Process incoming orders using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Utilize RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory management.
• Manage the packaging of products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining organization within the warehouse.
• Assist in shipping and receiving activities, verifying that all incoming and outgoing shipments match order specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order statuses within the warehouse management system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve efficiency in order processing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
