Job Title: Case Management Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 3 Months (Possibility CTH)
Job Description:
100% remote to start but may need to relocate onsite in Wilmington, DE (local preferred but not required)
Will receive inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits
This is a call center / customer service type position
Will receive about 30-40 calls per day
2+ years of experience required in a call center, doctors office, or customer service related position
Must have good computer skills (almost 95% of work will be on the computer)
Must be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Computer savvy
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be comfortable answering phone calls
Must be able to work well with others
Must be polite
Will work closely with Case Managers and Nurses
Experience with medical terminology nice to have
