Role : Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Southington, CT
Duration : 12 Months on W2
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance manufacturing systems performance (OEE, uptime, scrap reduction).
Execute projects within timelines and budgets.
Conduct root cause analysis and propose robust solutions.
Serve as a process technical expert for production lines.
Support CAPA tasks, process documentation, and quality initiatives.
Manage long-term projects, develop innovative designs, and train team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in automation, injection molding, assembly, and process control.
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and SolidWorks.
Experience in medical devices and FDA QSR regulations (preferred).
Strong problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Work Environment:
Professional office and cleanroom settings.
May involve handling contaminated medical devices.
Physical activity includes moving objects up to 25 lbs occasionally.
