About The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Sourcing and Procurement Lead to drive the sourcing and procurement of key materials and consumables essential for biotech and pharmaceutical production. In this role, you’ll develop alternative vendor solutions to ensure uninterrupted supply, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. You’ll also collaborate with production teams and cross-functional departments to address critical procurement needs, track key performance metrics, and manage supplier relationships through performance reviews and master supply agreements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience, preferably in biotech or pharma, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. A solid understanding of biotech/pharma materials, including raw materials and packaging, is essential. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or S2P is a plus.
