3-6 Month Contract role - rotating weekends, closed Sundays


We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Sales and Operations Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in our Madison Avenue boutique.

Your Opportunity

You will be a key ambassador for the brand supporting the US E-Commerce business and Madison Avenue Flagship location. You will carry out sales, operations and clienteling actions in order to maximize targets and KPIs, oversee stock management and the order fulfillment process for online orders. Additional responsibilities include sales floor support and administrative duties for the Madison Avenue Flagship location.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide exceptional customer service for .com and in-store clients
  • Oversee, monitor and maintain Order Management System to efficiently fill and dispatch orders to online clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized stock room and distribution area, ensuring merchandise is secure, properly stored, and cared for
  • Pick and pack orders that are sent to online clients, upholding standards for exceptional presentation
  • Ring up items for both online and in-store transactions as well as process online returns
  • Monitor store-to-store transfers for order fulfillment
  • Oversee and engage with clients via live chat on .com, through virtual appointments and clienteling efforts focused around online clients
  • Accept incoming customer service phone calls for both online and in-store inquiries
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and keep up to date on new programs
  • Assist Madison Avenue sales team with stock management, transfers, go-backs, styling appointments, and client engagement
  • Cover the sales floor as needed
  • Strictly follow the internal procedures in terms of logistics
  • Support the management in store processes and administrative duties
  • Accomplish the goals set by the Store Management contributing to store targets and KPI’s as well as teamwork
  • Gather information about the market: new trends, events, competitors’ activities and products
  • Effectively interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and in the company at large
  • Assisting in stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines
  • Respect standards, roles and procedures, promptly sharing possible issues and risks

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or operations position in a luxury brand, e-commerce or OMNI experience a plus
  • A sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, able to proactively offer new ideas and perspectives
  • A proactive individual who can prioritize and react in a fast-paced environment
  • Always practices attention to detail, carefully and thoughtfully executes all projects and initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, prior experience with OMS and ship-from-store experience a plus
  • Good knowledge of high-end fashion field
  • Knowledge of men's formalwear a plus
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Self-development attitude and a team-player who can collaborate with others
  • Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Fluent in English
