About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of complex commercial litigation experience. Matters include antitrust, class actions, trademark/copyright, and trade secrets.

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will encompass a range of matters, including:

• Research and writing
• Drafting a range of legal documents including motions, briefs, and demand letters
• Taking and defending depositions as well as prepare deposition outlines and witnesses
• Handling all phases of discovery
• Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborating with other teams

Qualifications: Admission to the California or New York bar is required. A distinguished academic record and a federal or state supreme court clerkship is preferred. At least 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.

Pay range and compensation package: This position provides a very competitive base salary within a scale ranging from $215,000 to $435,000 and a potential bonus.
