Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic and growing Health Care team in Sacramento. Health Care experience, while a plus, is NOT required .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and handling mediation and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members on complex health litigation cases.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and support to health care providers and other clients.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a foundation in law and motion practice.
• Experience with depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Prior experience working with health care providers or participating in trials is a plus BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Pay range and compensation: This position provides a competitive base salary range of approximately $190,000-$210,000 and is dependent on skill set and experience.
