Primary Responsibilities:

• Support all elements of fundraising and investor relations
• Articulate the Firm's strategy and competitive edge through various investor materials
• Respond to investor diligence requests including DDQs, RFPs, portfolio data requests, and more
• Assist with investor outreach and conducting research on investor trends
• Work with fund administration and legal to process subscription documents, investor transfers, and other capital activity
• Coordinate and manage investor meetings, including assisting in planning roadshows

Necessary Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of relevant investor relations experience in private markets
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset

Compensation is estimated to fall between $150-250k total cash
