Case Management :
- Organize, maintain, and manage case files, both electronic and physical.
- Track case deadlines and court dates to ensure timely filings.
Document Preparation :
- Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of trial notebooks and exhibits.
Legal Research :
- Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
- Summarize findings and prepare relevant reports.
Client Communication :
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
- Conduct interviews to gather information and documents.
Court Filings :
- File documents with federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules.
- Coordinate e-filing and physical filing as needed.
Discovery Management :
- Assist with document production, review, and organization.
- Index and summarize depositions, discovery responses, and other documents.
Trial Support :
- Prepare trial exhibits, evidence binders, and jury instructions.
- Coordinate logistics for trials, including witness preparation and courtroom setup.
