The Role

• Analyze eCommerce and digital customer journeys, identify performance gaps, and recommend strategies for optimization (funnel analysis, conversion optimization, etc.)
• Conduct advanced analytics (Clustering, Regression, Forecasting) to extract insights from Adobe Analytics, using Python/R as needed
• Build and automate reporting processes using Adobe Analytics, Excel, and Reportbuilder to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to define problems, structure analysis, and present actionable insights

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with digital analytics, eCommerce analysis, and site/product performance measurement
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, with hands-on experience in data extraction and reporting
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights in an accessible, actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
