Role Overview:
- As a member of the Global Flex Desk, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to convert pre-paid Professional Services sales credits into service deliverables for revenue recognition. You'll work closely with teams like Account Teams, Project Managers, and Service Delivery Leaders to manage flex credit balances and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to recommend service solutions for pre-paid services.
- Manage flex credit allocation and usage, ensuring timely milestones for project delivery and revenue recognition.
- Gather customer requirements and assist with SOWs and customer approvals.
- Track and update flex credit status using Google Sheets and NetSuite.
- Respond to ad-hoc inquiries regarding flex credits and provide status reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of services, education requests, and course scheduling for revenue recognition.
