Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Employment Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded law firm with a nationally recognized Employment Law practice based in Seattle. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation matters with a focus on class actions and single-plaintiff cases.
- Advise and represent clients on federal and Washington employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver strategic, high-quality defense counsel in sophisticated employment disputes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of employment litigation experience, including class actions, gained at a large defense firm or smaller firm specializing in complex employment defense matters.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and Washington employment laws.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar or pending membership.
- Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach to building a comprehensive employment practice.

Compensation and Benefits:
The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $205,000 to $330,000, with actual pay adjusted based on education, training, and experience.
