Job Description

Job Title: Purchasing/Planner Agent


Reports To: Vice President of Operations


Duties & Responsibilities:


1. To explore the market for cost-effective, quality conscious and dependable Vendors for required material.

2. To negotiate with the vendors for best prices and terms.

3. To ensure that all vendors adhere to the desired quality standards set by the company and maintain the delivery schedule.

4. Monitor the performance of the vendors periodically.

5. Initiate Purchasing based on recommendations of material Controller and other department’s requisitions.

6. Monitor and report abnormal cost variations.

7. Prepare Bill of Material of new items and update of existing BOM.

8. Process Organic compound purchasing and blending 

9. Update all cost of products and put in the system.
