Pay: $44,000 to $48,000/year (Depending on experience)

• Experience in creating employee schedules and managing employees.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8am to 9pm

Job Description:

• Learn all aspects of arcade operations, from customer service to team management.
• Gain hands-on experience in managing daily operations and leading a team.
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience.
• Create memorable moments and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work with your team to maintain a lively, positive arcade environment.

Position Requirements:

• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Basic understanding of accounting and math.
• Passion for arcade games and creating fun experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with household hand tools.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote and upsell products.
