We are representing a global leader in leadership development and corporate training, seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist based in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering high-impact corporate and educational training programs .
Key Responsibilities
- Training Design & Delivery : Design, develop, and deliver engaging corporate and educational training programs, both virtually and in-person, focusing on leadership development and high-performance cultures
- Facilitation & Engagement : Facilitate training sessions using adult learning best practices, ensuring participant engagement and effective knowledge transfer
- Content Creation : Develop and modify training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital content, using Adobe Suit e tools like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- LMS Management : Monitor and manage client experience in the Learning Management System (LMS ), ensuring smooth user interactions, approving assignments, and maintaining a high standard of learning delivery
- Project Coordination : Oversee training event logistics, including scheduling, communication with stakeholders, preparing materials, and managing post-training activities such as feedback surveys and evaluations
- Webinars & Virtual Training : Prepare and facilitate engaging webinars and online learning sessions for larger audiences
What We’re Looking For
- Experience : Strong background in corporate training, with experience facilitating sessions, managing training events, and developing learning materials
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit e (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with LMS platform s
- Organizational Skills : Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple training programs simultaneously and ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- Communication Skills : Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and facilitate discussions
- Education : A Bachelor’s Degre e is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience in L&D or a related field is also acceptable
Must Have
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Proven experience delivering training to Director-level audience
- Experience with High Potential (HiPo) programs is a plus
- Content creation or curriculum design is not required (we provide pre-designed e-learning, live virtual, and in-person courses
