*In-Person Role for Architect Licensed in Florida*

For over thirty years, Citrus Hills Construction has been the exclusive builder for the Villages of Citrus Hills--Florida's Premier Master Planned Community in Citrus County, Florida. We are seeking an energetic and experienced, licensed architect to produce plan sets for our custom homebuilding clients. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD or a related program and knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems. The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with Florida building code requirements while also creating and evaluating designs to meet the needs of our clients’ requests.

Requires extensive history of single family and commercial building design and drafting. Strong knowledge of building codes requirements and their effect on design. Extensive experience using AutoCAD Architecture. This role will also be responsible for creating CAD drawings for our homebuyers in the design process from concept to completion.
