About the Role - Our client, a top recognized RIA in Southport, Connecticut is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Associate Financial Advisor. In this role, you will be integral to the commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. This role will collaborate closely with client-facing advisors and other team members to ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about investment design, operations, and holistic financial planning.



Core Responsibilities

-Serve as the Service Manager for a subset of the company's clients.

-Execute delivery of financial plans and case preparation for client meetings.

-Serve as the focal point for coordinating workflow and service for clients and prospects.

-Serve as the Relationship Manager for a subset of the company's clients.

-Maintain up to date client contact information, demographic and beneficiary data and client segmentation status.

-Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions in CRM



Qualifications

Required

o Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounts, financial planning or related field or equivalent experience.

o 2-5 years in the wealth management or investment management industry.

o Working toward CFP designation.
