Our client, a wealth management firm in Fairfield County is in search for a talent acquisition professional to help with firm growth. The Recruiting Director will work closely with the head of the firm on building and executing the talent acquisition strategy in addition to actively sourcing, interviewing and managing the candidate experience.
The right candidate should have a background in recruiting or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Creatively source and find the next generation of wealth management talent
- Interview financial advisor candidates who will be running their own business
- Review exercises and assessments of candidates to assess the right fit
- Work closely with firm leadership on developing annual and quarterly recruiting plans
- Stay connected to your candidates to support them in their career transition through the interview and on-boarding process
- Work closely with leadership team to ensure there is a mutual fit between candidate and the firm
- Network and build relationships both in the firm, in the community and by your own creative means to identify top talent
- Accurately maintain candidate files, reports and the database
- Be the gate keeper to the culture
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location: Norwalk office M-F
Salary: 60-90k base
