Spectrum Staffing Group is seeking a Bilingual Benefits Analyst (English/Spanish) for a reputable company. The role requires in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and involves managing benefits programs for 5,000 U.S. employees, including health benefits, 401(k), voluntary benefits, and LOA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer LOA processes (STD, LTD, FMLA, USERRA) and ensure compliance.
- Communicate program details to employees and administrators.
- Liaise with agencies on LOA matters and maintain accurate records.
- Track LOA progress, manage return-to-work transitions, and work with third-party administrators.
- Provide notices for terminated or LTD/LOA employees.
- Recommend terminations for non-compliant LOA employees.
- Coordinate with Workers' Compensation on FMLA notices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- 3+ years in benefits administration, focusing on LOA.
- UKG experience preferred.
